it would be a good test for price.

at this stage sprott is a british journeyman.but unlike sexton hes got some skills and has sparred alot with k2.so it would be a valuable experiance for the big scouser..:good

It would be an excellent progression fight. Im pretty sure it would sell too b/c of Sprotts history of winning big ifghts on the domestic and European scene.

Also, watching Sprotts last few fights, it's hard to say he completely washed up at this point. The guy still has some excellent skills like you say, and he's got a type of resilience that would prove Price's power if he were to overcome Sprott without incident.

I think Price is passed the point of Sprott tbh, he'd KO him in 3 rounds, no doubt.

And I'm a big fan of Sprott.

This is exactly why I WOULD like to see this fight. It's assumed Price can win big and I'd agree but I'd like to actually see it, sort of as a 'make a point' type fight. This would be against someone who as previously mentioned has a bit of form on the British/European scene.

Can't really hurt Big Dave if he's as good as he looks to be, can it??

I think OP should sort his life out. He is British but is one of the biggest Klit dick riders on the forum. The only reasons he is discussing Price here is because Price is a heavyweight and potentially could tangle with Wlad down the line.

Why are you never on the British forum, mate?

On Caste Football they talk about self-loathing white men. I don't know about that but I think some kind of an analogy can be drawn. In any case, whatever corner of the British Isles you hail from, you're a weird one...

Sexton and McDermott are better fighters than Sprott is. It's a step backwards, I think. If Price wins, nobody will care because it's expected, so he has nothing to gain. If Sprott made it into a bad fight, Price would suffer from that.

Niether Sexton or MacNuggett are anywhere near as good as Sprott is. Sprott would be a contender if it werent for being robbed 7 times. He also has the skills and ability to hang with these up n comers and don't typcially fold over like a lawn chair when pressure is applied.

I'd take Price to stop him tbh, but not after having tasted a bit of power and had a fight brought to him firsthand.

And a win over Sprott is far greater than a win over MacNugget or Sexton on the world stage.:rofl

I agree with Jack, Sprott would be a step backwards at this stage. Maybe if he were 3-4 years younger.

I also see that fight as a step backwards, he should be going for some of the Euro guys imo now, not much left domestically bar Fury (not happening) or Harrison (should he win)

holy ****.i knew someone would take this thick but by **** i wasnt expecting some ramblings that have **** all to do with what i asked...you seriously dont think sprott wouldnt test price??and what has my question got to do with me enjoying watching wlad..

i think it would be a gd test for price and want to see him progressed..i am british and dont want the guy rushed but at least tested..i cant stand the british forum.im a realist i do not go for hype or this ballox of hes british ill back him to hills and believe his hype ect ect ect ect that comes along with it...and another thing any heavyweight prospect can (tangle with wlad down the line)so why cant i talk about them.i actually think price can make it but he needs to fine tune his style and sprott can give him some valuable experiance....

im actually worried here for you that your hate for the brothers has progressed onto me because im thinking someone could help price down the line lol..****in maniac

It's not a bad fight. Sprott will fight in defensive mode and likely give The Western European Robot some rounds that he needs. Sexton and that fat bloke were never going to do that against Price so it would be good experience, especially when you consider Price is one of the few prospects to never have faced Zack Page. If Price is to go for a big money domestic and winnable fight against David Haye in the future then scalping the likes of Page and Sprott will be vital development fights to get him used to that style.
