I also wonder about this and I am not sure.

One thing you could see with Lewis, Tyson and Holy is that they could really scrap when it get tough. Natural born fighters.

With WK he hasnt had to do this for years. When it has got tough in the past he has shown real guts against Peter but he has also failed 3 times. However WK is definately hard to beat in his groove.

  2. that was my whole point.

People keep acting like this version of Wladimir is what he's been all along.

No **** this prime version of Wladimir is insane good.

but I can name at least 50 other fighters from all weight classes

that can reach 'max potential' in a **** era.

If Wlad was in a strong era he would never have reached max potential

Why does it matter which era they fought in. Until Doc Brown unveils his time machine, this thread is really irrelevant.

  4. it really matters.

Because If Lucian Bute fought in a era without

1- Carl Froch 2- Andre Ward 3-No Dirrels 4- No Kessler

and just beat up old ass glen johnsons and bikas again and again

he will of course 'get better and better' and look' better and better

and 10 years later people will say he is the greatest SMW OF ALL TIMES

    EVEN BETTER THEN RJJ

CUZ LOOK HOW MUCH HE DOMINATED .....

I think you have a solid point. :good

However WK showed guts getting back to the top and dominating, so he has character.

    -Bute was undefeated

-Had never been down on the scorecards

    -Fought bums

    -Had a great KO record

    -Shtty chin

    -Delusional fanbase who worshipped him

Geez Wlad and Bute are the same. Hopefully David Price will be the Froch of the HWD and expose that fraud for yet the 4th time.

This thread and you are such a bag of dicks that I can only hope people can heap nothing but derision on you. I would say that your intelligence is on par with monkeys, but that would clearly be insulting monkeys. I hope the internet police revokes your internet privileges because nothing good can ever come from the random assemblage letters that you poke one finger at a time on your keyboard that I would hope that death row convicts never read your thoughts for fear of it being cruel and unusual punishment. Instead of using a time machine to match the greatest boxers of all time or stopping atrocities like Pol Pot or Hitler, we should use it to make sure your mother has an abortion and that people on this forum wouldn't have wasted minutes of our time reading and responding to this pointless thread.

Wlad would outboxed him with Emanuel Steward in his corner. Wlad´s defence is great, his ringgeneralship, gameplan all you need to win fights. You cannot win a fight with taking punches.

    first lets see the rematch..

second, klitschko's have dominated every fight they been in but one,,,except the sanders fight, even in there losses they dominated. Alot of top boxers makes the ones around them look bad, bute did that in most of his fights, he no question was beatdown, but the skill he showed before this fight, the fact he got one more fight on his showtime contract, tells me, we will see how he can do a second time around... remember barrea got smoked by pacman there first fight, an should of been stopped around the 7nd...

As long as bute tries to advange his loss, i can ask no more as a fan, we still might have two more fights ahead of us folks
