the way Hatton and Calzhage did in their early career? He's already proven he's a warrior who'll fight anybody anywhere. Now it's time to get those big paychecks at home with little risk in my opinion.

Froch startet very late in his professionial carrer. No time figting bums. He have 2-3 big fights left.

He has earned a few easy fights but no way he does that.

Being Carl his route will be something like a Kessler rematch, a Pascal rematch at LHW and providing he wins another crack at ward a kind of leave it all in the ring swan song.

    Bums? No.

But if he can get a good offer vs. Pavlik or some other relatively unthreatening opponent, he'd be entitled to take it.

I think he would have a rough go with Pavlik. He would be favored, but it wouldn't be as easy as Bute.

Pavlik has some good experience, and can flat out take a punch. I would love to see that fight.

I think so. Froch should take some lower risk stay-busy fights right now and just enjoy life a bit. He's been all around the world the last couple years taking big fights, he should live the good life a bit with his wife now.

exactly my point. I think the only guy in the division he'll never be able to beat is Ward. Anybody else who wants a crack at him should have to do it in the UK and most contenders will be afraid to fight him over there. Just bring the fringe contenders into the lions den and feast on them for your adoring hometown fans 1 by 1.

I wouldn't even see Froch fighting a guy like Stigleitz who is a weak a champ, let along taking easy fights to pad his record.

I think Pavlik would be considered a soft touch when you take into account Froch's quality of opposition.

I think it can also bring in a nice payday. Carl deserves that kind of fight.
