The atmosphere, heart, and manliness of the event is the best I've seen in recent memory. Boxing needed this. I wanted to hug everyone in the arena. Sorry if the thread is ****, but I'm buzzing and emotional now. I love Froch.:thumbsup

Completely agree. A random bloke behind me almost threw me into rows furhter down in celebration, but i was too psyched to care. The atmosphere was absolutely insane, shades of Benn vs McClellan. It was an honour to be there, i can't even begin to imagine what kind of atmosphere Froch vs Kessler II at the City Ground with 30000 fans would be like.

I was there, and it was amazing, met plenty of decent people too, both Bute and Froch fans :)

Yeah it was incredible it was only my 3rd big pro boxing event i've been to but the atmosphere and the noise when Froch was stood there just before the ring walk with the music going is something I will be remembering for a long long time.

Fair play to the Bute fans they played a part in making it the big event it was.

I was also there jumping up and down throughout, lost my voice half way through but still couldn't stop shouting. Must have been the best night in a British ring since Hatton - Tyzu if not better. The Bute fans were great too, losts of banter and singing til the end.

Agreed not a fan of froch as a person, but is a tough fighter, and the crowd was amazing.

Yeah I was the only person who though Bute would win. Bute was the betting favorite in England.

You were one of the ones who slaughtered Froch and could never discuss Froch/Bute with any humour. It was always one or two sentences with no insight other than Bute was wonderful and Froch was ****.
    Shall we have a look?

Thats b/c I thought Froch was overrated clown who got beat bad by ward and way past it Kessler. He did but Bute, clearly just not what I and many others though, atleast not last night.
