Not a snowballs chance in hell.

BUT.....Froch would never catch Jr with the shots that destroyed Bute's confidence either.

A RJJ prime, vs this do or die version of Froch would end in a draw.:admin

ok, so what you're saying is if froch was hit with a completely different punch from a completely different fighter then something different might have happened. hard to argue really.

    RJJ vs Merqui Sosa 2

Roy's speed, power and explosiveness at 168 is unlike anything Froch has ever and will ever see. I love Froch but Roy would slay him under 6 rounds.

come on guys, Jones would embarrass froch. Ko after round 4 in whatever round Jones decides.

But i could see Jones playing it safe, and winning a 10-2 decision.

This. Sosa is like a weaker but no less gangly and awkward Froch. Froch's chin and overall physicall strength will allow him to take the shots but it would look like an extended version of RJJ - Woodhall in the Olympics.

Man I like Froch, but you have to be joking big time. lol. 168 pound, prime Jones Jr, wipes his arse with Froch. Too fast, too powerful, Froch is too slow, and boxes with his hands down. That would get him decapitated against a prime Jones Jr. Lead left hooks, and right hands bouncing Froch's head around while it lasted.

People look at jones now and think fighters can take his shots cause they see Jeff lacy take a left hook from jones and calzaghe takes Roy's straight right hands and left hooks as well as other fighters today. But Roy jones before he moved up to heavy used to have real knock out power in both hands. I don't know why his power is not the same. It may be cause he is gun shy and does not sit on his punches. But I don't think that is the case. It could be he lost alot of speed mixed with gun shy sindrom lol. Fighters that tryed to walk Roy down changed there mind after the first left hook
