    Smart money? You're ******ed.

I wouldn't walk across the street to see Dirrell's acting jobs in a ring. He brings nothing to the table

High risk fight for little reward for Froch. Dirrell needs to beat 1 or 2 top ranked SMW and then challenge Froch. I can only see one fight for Froch right now and that is against Kessler. The first fight was a classic and every boxing fan wants to see a second. I would take a trip to Nottingham for that!

Dirrell-Bute,though it's unlikely, but thats the one to bring Bute back for Froch or finish him off for good.Ditto for Dirrell.

I don't think Dirrell won the first fight personally. I think fighters that put on a peformance like that, such as Molina vs Kirkland should get disqualified for holding.

Holding should not be tollerated in boxing. This is not MMA. Dirrell has been inactive and Froch has been improving. As long as there is a competent ref that warns Dirrell when he holds excessively, Froch will win and he will likely stop Dirrell.

Unless somehow Dirrell has improved in his period of inactivity which some posters have suggested.

But this fight needs to happen so critics can be silenced regardless of who wins.

    Who is Dirrell?

Joking aside, this guy needs to actually start boxing sometime to even start talking about him. The fact his style of fighting is not fans friendly, seems to be afraid of getting punched and I suspect he has his the punch resistance of Bute.

He reminds me of the Fraudley shitting his pants syndrome. It probably comes from training when he knows he can't take a punch. The fact is his speed at running away has hidden his weakness but one day someone is going to catch him flush and it is lights out for him.

Not sure why he choose boxing instead of athletics or some other sport. He would have done well in other sports that don't involved getting hurt.

Dirrell is so overrated and I think he is a busted flush.

Talent is like 5% so it doesn't matter how much of it he has.

Dirrell didn't have much on his resume when he took on Froch the first time either. He just entered the tourney talking hella **** and then was to slick and athletic for Froch. Dirrell will always give Froch problems as a defense first atheltic long armed counter puncher. He isn't going to get hit as much with clean shots as Bute did.

Money wise no, but in theory fighting Dirrell and beating his ass convincingly this time around would enhance his legacy.

I would like to see him fight Dawson out of everyone left though.
