At the start of 24/7 Roach stated how he thought that Ariza leaving to go train Chavez jr was a bad move. Highlights for next weeks programs had him saying hes not happy about something undisclosed. Then he said maybe its time we get a new s&c coach. Anyone know the scoop?
Roach said that Ariza is getting too big for his britches. He acts like he's the manager, trainer, cutman, etc. I doubt if Manny will get rid of him but who knows.
Everyone has opinions Ariza needs to keep them to himself His job is the train, condition and schedule his fighters He shouldn't be concerned about the things he is currently talking about when you see he isn't even doing the best he can at his OWN job... Chavez & Khan had enough. even though Ariza did/has done a great job with them.
I used to defend Ariza a lot, and never understood the hate for him. A lot of people on here from the very beginning were saying he's too big-headed and sticks his nose in things where it's not needed. First realized how petty he could be in the Khan-Maidana aftermath with Miguel Diaz.
Ariza has to realize the last thing he can do is speak the truth like he did on Arum and many other subjects pertaining to Pac and the Lil Roach...
It's not just Arum, though. It's got nothing to do with "speaking the truth" on him. It's quite clear that Ariza's a dick to everyone. Miguel Diaz, Khan, Khan's management team, Chavez Jr, Roach, etc, the list is endless. Some of those don't even have anything to do with Arum.
they are mad because not only is Pac looking somewhat suspect but now someone who is on the inside is making it even more suspect.... listen Ariza has said somethings but that WHOLE MANAGEMENT team has done there fare share of fukkin up Pac's image...including Pac himself.
Yhese sort of things happen all the time, Aaron Snowell wanted to take over Tyson's career after Kevin Rooney and like he was completely clueless to motivate Tyson against Buster, they brought along Richie Giachetti who put Snowell in his plçace as 2nd assist... But eventually sometime, somebody gat to take over Manny's career as well as other Freddie's trainees...
