Is Floyd seriously counter-suing Pacquiao?

    According to Gabriel Montoya's twitter, the guy who received cease and desist letter from Golden Boy:

    He wrote the ff tweets:
    1. I was told that Mayweather has countered-sued Pacquiao for defamation re: Alleged PED use. #boxing
    2. By counter-suing, Floyd has opened up his medical records/USADA contracts/test results to discovery. #boxing
    3. Subpoenas for those documents will be dropped either late today or tomorrow. #boxing

    If this is true, the world of boxing could be changed forever. If it is found that Mayweather and Golden Boy Promotions is in cahoots with the USADA, you're looking at the largest doping scandal in the history of boxing and maybe professional sports altogether.

    Why would Floyd's medical records be open to discovery? Makes no sense at all. None.

    I don't get how Manny could win the lawsuit anyway. Defamation? How can any lawyer argue successfully it has negatively affected Manny. Judge, have you seen the Forbes list? Judge have you heard Arum say they need an outdoor statidum because there is no venue large enough in Vegas? Manny can't sing and he has platinum selling albums in his country?

    sheet.... is it really random when the homo decides or plans 5-6 months in advance when he's going to submit himself to random drug test???

    this "random drug testing" is a sham....osdt is 24/7, 365 days.

    so it's ok to accuse anybody of anything without any proof??

    if pac was also accused by the mayweather's of being a pedophile, does that mean that he also has to prove he isn't??

    Paquiao's popularity and money has gone up since he refused to take the test . So where is it costing him money seems to me he could be profiting from it the guy has more sponsors than ever :deal
