i see this fight pretty close both guys are technically sound but i give Dawson a slight advantage because of power i wouldn't be surprised if ward gets hurt
Is fight at 168? Dawson hasn't fought there in 6 years, tough to know how it will affect him. Still like his chances, he has what it takes to beat Ward.

Andre Ward is a spoiler type like BHOP. Bringing Dawson down take away his only advantage in the fight. Ward aint fighting in Chads backyard so really this is a lose lose fight for Bad Chad. Ward easy, but once again, ugly, UD.:think
Chad Dawson by UD. Ward is no Hopkins, even if he tries to emulate Hopkins tactics, it won't work. Dawson by UD, the drop in weight won't effect him at all, and most likely will make him faster.
Ward wins clearly. He'll rough up Dawson on the inside. Dawson simply doesn't have Ward's mental make up. The "it" factor to want to reach deep down. Mental strength/focus is always underestimated. I honestly think the only chance Dawson has if he catches Ward with something and takes him out.
Dawson can't fight on the inside, as proven by Hopkins, Ward will make this look easy. I seriously think that it will be harder to detrone Ward than it will be for Mayweather.
If the weight don't affect Dawson too much I see him winning by SD, think his reach and height will give Ward the same problems Hopkins had
