    so far i got:
    -rjj proven cheater
    -toney proven cheater
    -Ward unproven but he is working with Victor Conte for 2 years now.
    i'm thinking Andre Dirrell might get a belt at some point but he is already in the money team,"take the test" doesn't apply to them

    Ward has never been even suspected of being on PED's.

    He doesnt look or fight like a guy who may be on PED's.

    Hes a supremely technical fighter, who isnt noticably powerful or explosive. In some regards a little bit like abigger Floyd.

    I dont even see how PED's would improve him,considering his whole figh plan is based around skills and technique.
