Kirkland not hurt demanding 2.5 mil according to Schaefer[6/2 updated]

Basically JK is saying "I'll throw the fight with Canelo if you pay me 2.5-3 Millions" and ppl here want to c a one arm man fighting a 21 years old kid, you have to be a biased Canelo's fan to be upset because the fight is a no go, who is next in line? Oh I c now, either Vanes or Lara because the old pervert man Sulaiman made the fight mandatory, he did it to protect Canelo so you guys know.

I disagree, and I think they are trying to force Kirkland to come back early knowing he is injured but can sell a PPV. Like someone else said, I see nothing wrong with him saying, if you want me to come into a fight physically not ready and sell it as the best opponent, then you need to make it worth my while.

I do think if James matches up correctly, he will eventually get a million dollar fight against someone like Cotto or Canelo later on.

 

Kirkland is NOT the only option. FFS he was KTFO by a Japanese Journeyman, and looked like **** in his last fight. Any other fighter would do.

If Kirkland's shoulder is not 100% he needs to **** off.

 

Kirkland is the biggest name at 154 right now for Canelo, period. They came to him. They want him to come back before he is fully healed. they want him to be a lamb and he is saying if you want me to be the lamb pay me.

 

How much is HBO paying for the fight?
The guy deserves some cash,you can't just be in a big fight for peanuts.

 

Call it conspiracy theory but I think he is really hurt but still wants the fight. He knows that it's a bad idea to fight Canelo if he's hurt but he wants it so much that he demands more money if he is succesful he made more money and if not then it's probably better any way since he's hurt. At least I would do it this way if I was Kirkland, he knows that it's a big chance

If Canelo is making 10 times more then surely Kirkland deserves a bigger slice of the pie.It's a risk reward thing.
I'm not saying he should get $2.5m but if the money is there why not.Gone are the days when black people used to do the work then whites make the money.
