I remember The ignorant British fans booed the national anthem i was voting for ricky i was like woah come on now. Then boom after Ricky Hatton came out to blue moon. Mayweather come out to born in the USA it sent chills down my spine. I was so ready to go it felt like i was fighting i changed sides after that. It was crazy did anybody feel else feel like that. I feel it terms of hype and how i feel watching 24/7 and the real fight i think it was the biggest fight of the decade. I remember in 10th round when the hook landed almost everbody in my family that came jumped on there feet as ricky hit the ground. I was like LETS GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Floyd vs pac couldnt even think about it would feel.
Circumstances couldn't have favored Floyd anymore that night. All thanks to the brits and their deeply rooted inferiority complex when it comes to Americans:yep
The greatest thing was when Ricky said that after he got KO'd, he really wanted his fans to shut the hell up with that damn song. He made a fan out of me after that. Booing national anthems is a no-no. I don't care where you're from or where you're fighting. The Hatton fans deserved that depressed flight back merry ol' England. Get the **** outta my country with that ****!
Floyd was kind enough to embrace them even after the booing they did of his anthem. What a nice man:verysad
Floyd's got money to make. That is what smart business men do. But if I were him I'd have got on the mic during the post fight interview and talk major **** to every last one of them. He probably would have gotten a major applause from the Americans. When the Brits were singing I saw quite a few of annoyed faces in the crowd.
Yeah I remember watching that bout and thinking 'what the hell are they booing for' I cant stand booing of anthems and it was embarrassing The other thing I thought was 'thats given Mayweather extra ammunition and hes gonna go to town on Ricky' (which he did) You dont poke a lion with a stick in his own backyard!
