i agree, the only explanation is that he froze, sticking to the ropes was his downfall in my opinion, i see him working hard to avoid that situaton and com back with (not a better stratagy but better execution of the plan) not just holding when in trouble but push on him with his weight as ward did, he just held on for dear life.

Spot on with your observation and comparison to Wlad......but we all know how that turned out.

So basing a percentage guess on that comaprison......I gotta change my vote to 100%. Froch would be beaten pillar to post in a rematch.

Nah, JK.......it took Wlad several Livan Castillos and Davarryl Williamsons and Chris Byrd's to regain his composure in there. Unless he finds some softer touches before a rematch, he'll likely crack again.

Still, I think the crowd and his wanting to be Carls buddy were huge X factors in the first fight. 60% if he remembers Carl is coming to kill him and the crowd reminds him he's a champ.

Why would they remind him he's the champ? He's not the champ.

Yeah, Bute lost the fight because of the crowd and wanting to be friends with his opponent :rofl:rofl:rofl

You are a disgustingly bad fanboy. Give Froch credit, admit Bute is not as good as you thought and just move on . . .
