    On the 22nd of may on twitter VADA consultant Victor Conte said that VADA offered to do testing for the Bradley fight but got turned down

    I thought V stands for voluntary not Mandatory.

    They needed to offer to pay the promotional licensing fee just like everyone else wanting product placement. Obviously this was a promotional gambit and the OP is helping them advertise. Hope he gets paid for it. :good

    I've heard this too. Bradley even said bring it on, but of course Pacquiao and Top Rank said no.

    Money? Appearing to kowtow to Floyd? Manny believes he was weakened by giving blood before a loss? (Fighters/humans have believed stranger things. One Olympic athlete went on record as saying he was sorry he volunteered for extra testing because he felt it was getting to be too much blood giving)

    Does the sport need better testing? Yes. Won't happen until there is a national boxing commission though.

    You do realize that the giving blood excuse was also lumped in with the glove type and socks that bothered him in the Morales fight right?
