It's now up to him to decide if he want to fight an eliminator fight to eventually meet with the IBF champion as a mandatory. The fight would be against Superman Stevenson. Will he take the fight or duck him? According to Gym, he will probably duck Stevenson.

You wrote that before I changed my title. My mistake.

Personally this fight could go either way, Stevenson has been stopped before and Pavlik doesnt hit like malignaggi so this would be a perfect eliminator

However with Ward tied up with Dawson, Bute might not want a rematch, Froch wanting an easier fight instead of taking Kessler straight away and other contenders not quite ready this fight may come sooner

Id prefer Froch to take on Robert Stielglitz and add another belt to his collection

I hope he accepts because I've always wanted to see that fight, and I think that Adonis would be a good step up from Sigmon to see if he is at all ready for. Guy like The Cobra. I guess if he does take it (the eliminator) he's very serious about trying to make some noise at 168.

I'd love to see Pavlik vs Stevenson and the winner gets Froch. Great matchup

A couple of cracking fights. Rgardless of who wind the eliminator. I see Pavlik bein able to hang with Froch moreso than Stevenson though, unless he isn't able to get back anywhere near where he was.

Assuming he looks decent against Sigmon, a fight against Stevenson is a logical step up. However, since I have no idea how Kelly will look on Friday, so it is tough to predict his future.

No idea if this works out 'business wise' or not. Seems logical to me but Pavlik also might not be willing to lock into the mandated purse split. Not sure what that is for the IBF.

Stevenson was offered an eliminator fight to become mandatory for the IBF title hold by Froch.

no 3 (Edwin Rodriguez), 4 (Arthur Abraham), 6 (Thomas Oosthuizen) and 7 (James DeGale) all refused. It is up now to Pavlik.

Sigmon to Stevenson to me is too great of a jump he should fight some one in between that level of ability
