Arum seemed like he simply ran out of options when he chose Bradley.. I don't think they planned on Pac fighting him yet and would have built up his name with a few more fights if given the chance. My friend (casual fan) told me yesterday he hasn't watched any of the 24/7's.. not interested.. Claimed he thought he may have seen "that kid Bradley" on ESPN before, but didn't know **** about him. Far from a hardcore fan, but he's usually pumped for the big fights and showed little to no interest in this one. They need to push hard this last week.

There ain't much buzz because Bradley really is a Joe Average type of personality. He will never be a star, not even Top Rank can work that miracle. His style can be exciting but he's got little pop and can't get those spectacular knockouts and performances to override his averageness outside the ring.

It's not like the Mayweather-Ortiz fight. Ortiz was coming off a fight of the year contender seen by millions or regular HBO subscribers and his style is more exciting and easier to sell because he has lot's of knockdowns, been knocked down alot. Even still, the real figures were not released for that fight and I doubt it did over a million PPV buys. I doubt Pac-Bradley will do a million buys. Top Rank should've matched Bradley with Khan to build for this fight.

It certainly will but I don't think Bradley was unknown to every casual boxing fans. Many of my mates are what I would consider a casual fan, yet they knew who Bradley was when it was announced, but that was mainly due to the khan situation. He could certainly be better known though.

Very few fighters actually know how to effectively talk a fight up. It's not easy. This fight will sell based off the matchup and Pacquiao's name recognition. As far as 24/7, I haven't watched one episode of this latest addition, nor have I had any desire to watch an episode. With that being said, I will be watching the fight.
