No. Pac has better handspeed. Bradley may have better footwork though.

I think overall in terms of speed Pac isn't significantly faster. Pac is about as fast as Alexander and Alexander wasn't fast enough to take advantage of his speed. I think Pac is a fraction of a second faster than Bradley but not so fast that he will just be able to hit Bradley and not take any punishment in return.

Floyd was faster than Cotto too and we see Cotto could still hit Floyd. Bradley is not Margarito, or Hatton.

 

Those fighters were entirely different weight classes. Morales isn't a big guy, neither is Hatton or JMM. Bradley is a big guy who cuts weight by going vegan. Bradley is the same size as Cotto.
