Yea everybody has a plan but the question is, do they have the mental toughness and skills to execute it?

Pac definitely struggles against that style, but Khan doesn't have problems on that front. His long reach, speed, flurries, workrate and jab gives him a good arsenal against boxers who like to fight on the outside, with a measured, technical approach. Malignaggi and Judah didn't know what to do against him, and even though McCloskey made him miss a lot, he was still losing nearly every round. Peterson tried to box Khan on the outside, attempting to set him up for a big left-hook counter, but he soon found out that Khan was too quick, so he changed his strategy and instantly had success. Khan struggles against pressure, infighting and power. If a fighter combines all of those qualities then Khan will be in serious trouble.

That being said...Mayweather is so much better than Khan that he would still win, even if the style match-up doesn't favour him.

not counter-punchers like Floyd. Floyd is a master counter-puncher on top of being a master boxer

Floyds slowing down significantly someone with a lot of movemnet, stamina and great d can make it a hard night for him. Cotto's D troubled Mayweather and led to his lowest connect % in ages and Cotto isn't exactly the pinnacle of defensive boxing. I agree that a good defensive fighter with movement and a decent workrate is the biggest threat to Mayweather unless we're talking about much bigger guys like Martinez who does hve these traits as well.....
