Arum:"Fight will not begin 'til Heat/Celts game ends"

Interesting how he responded to the dilemma of the time conflicting with Heat/Celtics and Pacman/Bradley. He sure is a businessman and wants to make sure people know the fight will be after the game.

 

Unfortunately most casual fans only watch the main event.....unless someone like Canelo is fighting and there's another big name on the card. But, for the most part the main event is the only fight the average sport fan cares about.

 

By the 3er quater Miami will have a 35 points lead and people will switch to boxing.Mark my words.Lebron will be for Celtics what Pac is gonna be for Tim.

 

:deal Most of my casual fan friends don't care who's on the undercards and I've been to plenty of parties where people complain about the main event taking too long to start. Every fight they ask, how many until the main event?

Only thing is I don't know how Arum plans on getting this message out to casual fans that the main event won't start until after the game.. Most casuals don't go on boxing sites..

Also want to know what he plans on doing to kill time if the game goes into overtime.. I like the stripper idea. :yep
