This tells just how stupidly RJJ views this. Almost NO ONE thought that Margarito had any chance of beating Pacquiao. Size or not, way past his prime, he is slow and looked like sh*t in the fight before. So the fact that Floyd "LET" Pac fight Margarito is pure nonesense. Every fight that Pac had since the original negotiations broke down, were fights we all knew Pac had almost no chance of losing. Why isn't he saying the same about Pac letting fight SSM, Ortiz or Cotto?? Doesn't any of the same apply for Pac? He was the one holding up the fight by not agreeing to drug testing that he has now supposedly agreed to recently.

 

Well, I guess you cleared that up and now I know you have never been an athlete. Almost every athlete worth their weight in gold is afraid of losing and is often times what drives them to the levels they obtain. When I played collegiate football the fear of me being embarrassed or me losing drove me and I wasn't an elite player. Life is complex and the often border line insane mind of superior athletes find crazy motivating factors.

 

The ultimate irony of it all: Roy used to get accused of the same charge he just leveled at Mayweather. The whole 'Avoid' Jones and 'Roycott' thing.
