Backtracking a bit now... I thought you burn muscle before fat? How would this guy be burning fat if he still has muscle left on his body?
You need to learn not to talk about things you don't have any knowledge about and you need to learn how to walk away.

I've done sub 800 calorie diets, losing 5kgs in a week, and have not lost any strength.

It's not hard if done right.

Jesus CHrist. . I said EXCESS MUSCLE. . In that, muscle you have gained. ..

You will burn fat first if your diet is correct in proportion to your calories burned through various strength, resistance, and cardio exercises.. . Because your muscles are being PROPERLY FUELED to maintain!

And to BUILD muscle, you have to eat MORE CALORIES THAN YOU BURN. . .

Beginners don't need much rest between training, but the greater the intensity the greater the need to rest and recuperate. KK was suggesting a 3 day per week squat program for Bradley who is not a beginner.

There's nothing wrong with doing squats 3 times a week depending on what sort of athlete you are and where you are in your periodised plan. But you're trying to give a professional athlete advice. Tim Bradley looks better than you so by your logic he's more intelligent than you? Maybe he is, maybe he isn't (though I'd bet that there's not many humans or animals that aren't more intelligent than you).
Throwing in 'complex carbs' just makes you sound like more of an idiot to anybody with a basic understanding of sports nutrition, as it's completely irrelevant to the hypothetical case and the point that is being argued.

hahaha until I see what these "experts" look like, there's no sense in debating. . .

anybody can be fit, and a professional athlete behind their comptuer.

It's a simple concept: If you don't properly fuel your muscles, your body will burn them first. . If you do properly fuel yur muscles, your body will burn fat, and maintain the muscle mass.

King Khan STFU already. Nobody cares about what you don't and what you know. Just enjoy beating your meat to Timmy or A mere Con.

No, I wasn't. . It might have came off that way, but I was suggesting a 3x per week LEG REGIME. . . Including squats therein. .

I explained it last post: M, W, F. M run, say 5 miles. . Do some sprints. . Skip rope. . W do 3-4 sets of squats, pyramid set, with last set being a "burnout" set where you strip off 50% weight and go until failure. Then maybe some light weight, high rep deadlifts. . Followed by some "power jumps". Then F hit your legs up again by running, skipping rope, and maybe some light weight lunges.

It's not something I would set in stone in a 30 second post. . My concept was simple: Rest your legs for 3-4 days, and train them for 3 days. . . Training would include running, and skipping rope.

What on earth is excess muscle? Muscle grows in response to the stress you put on it.
And yes, we all know you can't turn air into muscle. We require food. You get a gold star for that one little fella.

light weight, high rep deadlifts? What on earth for?
Your programme for Bradley, would you have him do it the same every week right up until competition? Would you not periodise at all? Would you work on his weaknesses or are you the first person to come up with a 'one size fits all' training programme?
I'm getting upset that someone can be so dumb, peace out.

Why do you keep wanting to see what we look like? This is a boxing forum. If you wanna jerk off to pictures of men you don't know I'm sure there are plenty of sites out there for you.

    You are one disturbed individual.
