Oh so there's a point where your body doesn't have excess muscle mass and you can't possibly lose any more. Oh and your BMR/RMR doesn't change now. :nut
NO! jesus christ. . The only thing I meant by my workout plan, is that it would include HITTING HIS LEGS UP for 3x a week, including running. . . Basically, I would NOT WANT HIM running everyday because he wouldn't get the rest his leg muscles needed to "build" and "stregnthen" Muscle is built while your SLEEP, not while your workout. . . Of course I would change his workout plan, and use MANY, MANY different exercises. . ANd YES, high rep, light weight deadlifts - 15-20 reps, would HELP his "explosiveness" in his lower body. . . Deadlifts are one of the best workouts, along with squats. . .

THE CONCEPT is all I was tring to implement! ANd YES, high rep, light weight deadlifts - 15-20 reps (maybe pyramid sets - starting with 20, then 15, then 10, then 5-8), would HELP his "explosiveness" in his lower body. . . You can't deny the dude works hard. Much respect to Bradley and his dedication. You know you are dedicated when you train as a vegan
Jesus H. Christ.. endurance range reps help explosiveness now. My world has been turned upside down by your knowledge young man.
HAHAHA because. . . People should know what kind of physical shape the person is in who is "giving this advice." You're a fatass, and know **** about exercise, and the science of how the body works. . I, on the other hand, am in very good shape, and have experimented with my body for years in regards to building muscle/losing muscle. based off your idea of eating a 1200 calorie diet, with restricted complex carbs for a 155-160 pound man undergoing a rigorous training camp. . . well, yeah.
Deadlifts should be used by every athlete. What sort of spactard does 15-20 reps of light weight deadlifts? A deadlift is a compound exercise utilising nearly every muscle in your body, it's not meant to be light and it's very draining on the CNS. Advanced lifters usually do 1-2 heavy reps at a time, it's a max strength exercise and form is very important. Did you get a PT certification out of a cereal box by any chance?
Well, I'm going to workout at the boxing gym. .. I'll leave you ***** titted armchair athletes to keep "owning me". . . Hahaha. . . Later ***** tits!
Umm.. you don't know any science. You're an expert on losing muscle as well are you? I'd believe that claim actually.
Depending on what you are using the workout for, it varies. . . You should ideally change it up - one week do high reps, light weight until failure, then another week do heavy weights, lower reps. . Or, my favorite, pyramid sets, followed by a burnout set. . . Also, it depends on what you are training for. . . I wouldn't recommend dong a lot of heavy weight, low reps for a boxer, save maybe a few times a month. Based on the workouts I've seen Bradley doing, it looks like he does some high rep deadlifts. . . But it's impossible to give an exact workout plan over the internet. . . In a 30 second time frame.
