. Only one man won that fight. And he doesn't get the decision.
It's an injustice to the sport, an injustice to the fighters, an injustice to the fan base and it's one of the fallacies…one of the problems with the sport of boxing right now that the wrong guy wins sometimes.

When you have a well-known trainer and television personality saying things that suggest the fix is in, you clearly have a problem with your sport. Boxing hit a new low Saturday night as judges CJ Ross and Duane Ford of the Nevada State Athletic Commission robbed a deserving Manny Pacquiao of a win against Timothy Bradley.
I am not here to discuss the merits of the match. Yes, Bradley fought well at times, and this is nothing against the purportedly still-undefeated fighter. But, ultimately, Saturday night was not about that.
Saturday night's tilt at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas seemed like a typical Manny Pacquiao fight: Pac Man didn't wow or overpower his opponent, but he methodically beat him, winning round after round in fairly compelling fashion.

    So,

well-known Pacquiao hater Teddy Atlas had it wide for Pac...

...Dan Rafael who has been very vocal about thinking that Bradley would win the fight had it 11-1 Pac...

...and Bradley's own manager had it a clear win for Pac...

One of the very worst decisions ever in a big fight, up there with Whitaker-Chavez and Lewis-Holyfield 1. :deal

Popkins I agree with you, I went to bed assuming Pac won the decision, so I thought this was a joke thread. I thought Bradley won a good 4 rounds though

A bad decision, probably corrupt, which makes it poor management by Arum because what does this mean? Bradley who can't draw is his new cash cow? Pac-Bradley 2? It won't even be a big seller, especially with the nature of the first fight

Oh BTW, it looks like what Arum said about Bradley's manager is also untrue:

I actually had this fight 115-113 Manny. Compubox and guys like Ledderman are not needed in boxing must I say. I think we have enough and valid opinions from commentators like Steward, Merchant, Max and so on and dont need more wood to the fire. I will be watching this fight again with NO volume! If im not mistaken Max mention some other well known unofficial scorers had Bradley winning, not sure who. Teddy by the way I have no respect for him and actually does more harm to boxing when he opens his mouth.

No kidding, all class with this guy. A lot of guys say what he's saying but you can tell they're not sincere, but with Manny you can tell he means it. Amazing.

Pac/Marquez wasn't worse. Stop with the fanboy ****. Close fights can go either way, as is the case with the Pac/Marquez trilogy. The stats and the fights prove that. Pac/Bradley being a robbery was clear as day and the reaction, stats, and most importantly, the FIGHT, proves it. One just needs to watch it.

  13. This decision is as bad as the disgraceful robbery in Pac v Marquez 3.:deal:dead

Not even close. I had Pac winning the fight CLEARLY. one close round imo, thats it. I still can't believe what just happened. Not only b/c Pacquiao lost, but b/c of what tonight showed what boxing can really be. And thats corrupt. Corrupt as ****ing hell. Something I'm so passionate about can be so damn corrupt. It sucks dude.
