If Cotto is allowed to weigh 154 and they use 10 ounce gloves, than yes I would agree, however 147 with 8 ounces, Manny still takes it, Cotto' chin isn't very good, had he fought Floyd earlier with out the big weight advantage and the big gloves, he would've got KTFO.
Yes the scoring was bad BUT HBO's commentary and general nutthugging was pathetic, No way in hell Pac win 11 rounds, Bradley definitely won that first round and round 2 was close and I think Timmeh really did compete in the 2nd half.
