Disappointed, but mostly acceptance. Things happen in pro boxing.

I personally thought the pinnacle of Manny's career would be the Sasakul upset in 1998, and the Ledwaba upset in 2001. If he retired in 2001, he would have already been a legend in my eyes.

Everything after 2001 is gravy. As far as I'm concerned.

It's crazy how he made 2 career's worth of highlight fights since then.

After his ODLH, Hatton, Cotto wins, I was like "Holy ****, this is too much."

I wasn't even nervous anymore, before the Margo fight. Didn't care if he lost.

I'm not affected now, win or lose.

Content of Pac's career. First ballot HoF and ATG. He fought pretty well but far from the Cotto and Hatton days. He may still have 1 or 2 fights in him but he will look uglier and uglier with each one as his physical attributes diminish. And his style does not translate well to an aging boxer. You need to be a defensive, clinching counter punching fighter to age well past your mid 30s.

    Sad for boxing and judges.
It makes look like every major boxing fight is full of drama and controversy. As if the fight itself is not enough to sell the fight and prove to mainstream that boxing has lost its relevance.
This is why it will always play second or third fiddle to other sports. I mean the women's French Open got more coverage than boxing.

I'm not even mad. I feel much better than I did after the Marquez III fight. It's a hell of a lot better when everyone knows your favorite fighter won even though he got robbed than when he gets a gift decision.

Hey *******s, this is just the same as JMM3 , just watch the fight in super slow-motion backwards while sitting upside down with sepia coloration, and you'll see that this was a perfectly fair decision.

The man himself said it all... "I won that fight... Nothing to cry... It's part of boxing"

Close fight. If you give this one to Manny you have to give the 3rd Marquez fight to Marquez.
