I'll bet no one thought we'd be discussing Paulie and Timmy in a unification at 147.:nono
I like Paulie too much to be comletely candid about his flaws as I see them so I'm gonna go out on a limb and say he won't knock Timmy out.
But does he have style and the jab to run Timmy close?

Paulie is in a different leauge to Pacquaio.

At 147, PM hits like a beast, puts combinations together and has much more bounce in his step than Pac. He is also bigger and stronger, more athletic and better looking. Bradley has no size advantage nor a power one so he gets thoroughly out boxed by the masterful Boxer from BK.

    :D

Not to mention he speaks much, much faster, although his english isnt as good as Manny's.

Paulie KO1. I learned from wise poster that it's good to go out on the occasional limb.

Bradley would smother Paulies work as we saw him do in glimpses of the Pac fight and basically all throughout the Casamayor bout. Paulie would find it difficult to get any punches off when Bradley gets into the swing of things.

    "The Magic Man"? :huh

If you mean Paulie "Manos di Piedra" Malignaggi, he stops last night's Pacquiao, brutally, within 9 rounds.

STAY AWAY FROM OVER BETS WITH MANOS DI PIEDRA INVOLVED! :rant

All joking aside, I wouldnt completely count Paulie out in a fight vs Bradley.

Neither can hit all that hard, and Paulie does have legit world class skills.

Only eighteen months ago,I despised Paulie. Now I feel so guilty about my negativity towards the great man I sometimes have to beat on my wife just to stop myself doing something stupid.:-(

    Genuinely funny shout.
But in all seriousness,if you ever saw the X-rays in the documentary about Paulie you'd realise it's amazing that the guy can even hit a mattress with pillows on his hands.
If you look beyond the loud persona(and the very low KO average!) there lies a man with the heart of a lion.

Agreed. It takes balls to get into the ring knowing you will not stop your opponent, yet he may stop you. Always at a power deficit, and he has been in with some of the elite fighters of his weight and generation.
