Pacquiao wasn't robbed last night. He got outboxed.

I don't believe you saw the fight. If you say "Pacquaio landed nothing" you couldn't possibly have seen the fight. He landed numerous hard lefts and believe a few did stun Bradley (did not badly hurt him). It sounds like you have a chip on your shoulder against Pacquaio if you're saying he landed nothing. That is clearly not true to anyone who actually watched the fight.

Compubox should never be taken seriously to decide the winner of a fight. For ****'s sake, it had Tony Thompson outlanding Wlad.

That said, Pacquiao should have gotten the decision.

 

Right, I'm going to keep it simple, last night was a bad decision. Pacquiao beat Bradley last night.

I gave Bradley rounds 10, 11 and 12, as well as one other round earlier in the fight, and there was maybe another round you could score for Bradley in there.

Tim Bradley, in my honest opinion, did in no way clearly win 7 rounds of those 12.

He was pawing his jab, never landing it, for the first 9 rounds. His most prominent work was done to the body, but he did not attack that enough. I remember him landing about 3 or 4 right hands the whole fight.

Pacquiao avoided damn near everything Bradley threw at him for the first 7/8 rounds. Why else do you think Bradley was looking depressed mid-fight and trudging back to his corner?

It's annoying that some people can take a robbery and turn it into, "Oh, actually I think the judges got it spot on" by studying the fight and deliberately looking to score it for the lucky winner. It happened last November and it's happening here.

Bradley outboxed Pacquiao? Yeah, he did. For three friggin' rounds. The rest of the time Bradley spent wailing away at Pacquiao to no avail, many times getting caught cleanly in return.

Pacquiao was the more effective last night, until the final 3 rounds, where Bradley was the more effective.

Pacquiao had Bradley moving like a fish on land a lot of the time in the first 6/7 rounds. That isn't called great head movement/ring generalship/footwork on Bradley's part. It's called getting hit hard and getting the **** out of the way by any means possible.

I sense, however, that you are the world's first Timtard, so I'll let you off not having a sensible discussion and let you enjoy his victory.

PS - LOL means laugh out loud. If you are laughing out loud as much as you say you are in this thread, I think its clear a lack of sanity has clouded your judgement of the fight.

I had it a draw last night.

However I just re-watched the fight today with the sound off as to not be swayed by the terribly bias HBO crew. And I could only give Pacquiao rounds 3, (maybe 4 as Bradley did the bulk of the good work throughout the round, but he did get rocked) & 11. I couldn't believe it :admin! Bradley really did quietly dominate Pacquiao! For those of you who believe Manny was robbed I would encourage you too watch the fight again with no sound. You won't believe what you see, especially the ridiculous compubox numbers! I have no idea what those dumbasses were watching, for there were a couple rounds were I don't believe Pacquiao even threw the number of punches they say he landed. In particular, go watch the 6th and the 7th, where Bradley virtually dominated the action with his jab and sneeky quick right hand counters. Then HBO brings up the ongoing punch-stats and it's a ridiculous 25 to 9 landed in favor of Pac, who had hardly thrown that number of punches, let alone landed.

 

This kid seriously has to be one of the worst posters on here. Absolutely terrible. Exposed? I thought he was exposed already by Marquez? You can't be exposed twice.

 

Those numbers were so completely bogus, it's not even funny.

There were a couple times they had Pac landing more punches then it looked like he actually threw. Meanwhile Bradley was sticking the jab in his face and getting credit for just about every other punch landed.

 

According to compubox, but seriously except for a scattered left here and there, Tim made Manny miss the vast majority of the night. And I'm impartial, not a big Timothy or Manny OR Floyd fan, just a honest fan of boxing.
