It's all about where you set your threshold. If you have a "Bradley bias" you take all the close rounds, within some margin, and score them for Bradley. If there were 9 rounds within this margin, and you score them all for Bradley, you get Bama's card. If you score all the marginal rounds for Pacquaio, you get a shutout for Pacquiao (because all of Bradley's rounds were within any reasonable margin).

The optimal judge would set his threshold exactly in the middle between the two.

The most you can possibly give bradley is 4 rounds. The second, and 10-12, that's even a little bit of a stretch and anything else is ridiculous.

Wow, just watched the fight again and i scored it a draw. I had Bradley winning 1, 2 and 9-12. I think Hbos crew influences people a lot. Lampley is way too biased, it's a joke.

It was definitely a close fight.

    I had it for Pacquiao 7-5. Gave Tim 1, 7, 10, 11 & 12.

That is being generous too as I'm not much of a Pacquiao fan. Bradley did not even deserve a draw.

I just scored this fight. HBO went crazy with their scorecard.
    Round 1- Manny
    Round 2- Bradley
    Round 3- Manny
    Round 4- Manny
    Round 5- Manny
    Round 6- Manny
    Round 7- Manny
    Round 8- Manny
    Round 9- Bradley
    Round 10- Bradley
    Round 11- Bradley
    Round 12- Bradley
    115-113 for Pacquiao. I can def see a 8-4 or 9-3.

I had Bradley winning rounds 10 and 12, that's it. 10-2 Pacquiao. I can't give Bradley credit for 2 minutes of "work" when it's inconsequential, especially in comparison with the 1 minute of actual effective hitting by Manny. Pac does have himself to blame in a lot of ways. He was in third gear for most of the fight and did look bored, as another poster stated. But, still, I can't make a case for someone "scoring" with slapping, soft pokes and hitting the other fighters arms. Even Joe Calzaghe would be ashamed of those punches.

So, someone can land 8 weaker punches to 22 stronger punches and win a round in judging?

Round 5 was lopsided in favor of Pac, he damn near landed 3 times as many shots.

    final: 116-114 Pacquiao.
One thing is clear. Pac has lost the fire.. his physical best wasnt there anymore. its really better for him to retire at this point rather than become another rjj.

    Bradley: 10, 12.

    Pacquiao: All the rest.

    Easiest scorecard ever.
Pac-Mosley was more difficult to score because of the controversial knockdown.
