Let's remember one thing: No matter what Peterson may or may not have been on for that fight, it doesn't change the fact that the judging was clearly rigged. It was still a robbery. The spot of boxing, and the promoters, don't get a pass on this one. (not that it matters.)

So where do we go from here? Do you commision make a judgement without Lamont? or Schedule it for a later date? so Lamont can get some more fake shoddy evidence? 1 month is plenty of time to have got all the evidence needed.
Aint **** gonna happen with the first fight because they can't prove **** and peterson passed the administered test. That being said he is a cheater and should be stripped of his title by what ever sanctioning body he holds a belt with.
They don't need to prove **** Lamont's team will have it on paper and in their defence the exact date he took his PEDS Which was before the first fight. The implications of that will be looked into. Probaly will be called a NC
