i actually prefer mannys performance against bradley, to floyds against cottos.

But you do have to take into account the final decisions and Floyd won and manny lost, so fair enough i suppose

Fair call. Even though I had Manny winning 9 rounds, I can understand why they had to at least show a little respect to the official decision. Floyd had a very good argument for #1 before the "loss", so he should get the top spot now.

    How?

Cotto vs PBF = Much better performance by Cotto when compared to Tim's vs Pac. Not just that, but if we were to have a "controversial" decision, then the Cotto vs Floyd had a much more valid point since Cotto took the fight to PBF on each and every round, did not run like Bradley, did not ducked, like Tim, and was not afraid to exchange...like "I got my Pink Panties on a bunch" Bradley.

    Overall, Cotto vs FMJr

It's completely idiotic to ignore this result but not November's.

    P4P Should be like this

    Floyd
    Sexy
    Donaire

And the rest who share losses.

And once again JMM is the one who gets screwed. JMM clearly beat Manny to most but Pac stays at no.2, but when Pac gets robbed he gets the benefit of the doubt. I agree with the ring for the ranking but there's no consistency in their rankings and it is clearly bias towards manny.

    They didnt changed anything.

The ratings are still the same.

    They just said.

    Pacquiao's loss?

    What Paquiao's loss?

and kept him at number one tied with the crying convict.

because like you said. imo pac beat bradley more convincing tha floyd beat cotto.

Bradley ran, because everyone not named Margarito eventually runs from Manny. He made Bradley run and look terribe. before that bradley had outhustled and convincingly beat everyone he fought.

Its hard to say "but Cotto fought better than Bradley" Cos Pac/Floyds performance wil affect how good the opponent looked.
