    To me it appears as though he says: "Mayweather can't beat him up. Mayweather'll never stop him".

    You have to read his lips, because the commentator speaks over him. It looks like he say "up" in there.

    That's a bit different to: "Mayweather will never beat him"

    Mayweather don't need to stop him, last time I checked he wasn't that type of fighter who goes out to stop his opponents.
