im gonna get a lot of heat for this, but f**ck that. this is just my opinion. How many of you think that pacquiao was in with arum on this shameless setup. I mean the way he acted so calmly after the decision was read, even thanking God for the result?? then afterwards stating his excitement for the november rematch with bradley during his interview with marquez saying "The decision is final. Thats part of boxing". being undefeated in a span of 7 years and then all of a sudden just taking the defeat like a day in the office? compare his postfight reaction when he lost to morales???? THE FIX IS IN.......................:think
I think if he was in on it he wouldn't have beaten Bradley so convincingly. He threw a lot of his punches with real venom and I think he was genuinely looking for a KO.
He wouldn't have been that classy a few years ago. That 'classiness' is in part because of his whole new image or belief system, religious man. Also he has much bigger ambitions than boxing in politics, so the hunger simply isn't there. Ye he may be dedicated and disciplined but he doesnt have that sheer determination to win anymore, u can see it in how he fights. At this stage, he believes he's done enough and is just fighting cos he can n it makes money. It's like he lacks passion for it, before the fight, during the fight and after the fight. I don't care how classy you are, passion should have driven him to atleast show some anger.
very rare theres a fix in a fight were neither fighter knows about it. the promoter has to tell at the very least to either fighters what is suppose to happen.ill leave it at that :good
