Brewster says he has an announcement (when he is ready) that will help boxing...

    Side note:
They need to get Pro Fighters more involved. More interviews and discussions with them and not writers and announcers. I want guys that have been inside the ring on a Pro Level to have a bigger part of helping the sport. Train and get them to judge fights (but they have to show they have no relationship/bias towards the fighter in the ring).

Liles makes a lot of sense. The way I understood what he was saying was with Timmah winning this fight, and the whole world knowing Manny really dominated, when Pacquiao knocks him out in 5 in the rematch on November 5th, in brutal fashion, Manny will have MORE leverage in a fight with Mayweather, and the fight will earn more money as there will be way more fans after tuning into the rematch.

They will want to see what all this hype was about. Timmah's reign will mean nothing. Hardly anyone thinks he won, Manny will destroy him in 5 months, and we will finally have Pacuiao/Mayweather in either March or April...maybe even Cinco De Mayo in May.

Very, very, very smart move by Arum, and maybe even Floyd. They all know after the Timmah match, there will be twice as many fans bringing twice as much money.

Problem is, Manny's wanting to get out of boxing already. He's past the days of extreme training and fitness. We won't see a beast anymore. So for boxing fans, a pac-may fight in the future would be very stale.
