I am going to spar with my friend. He isn't a boxer, but he's trained in Wing Chun, so it will be interesting to spar him, as opposed to sparring a boxer.

You should know how big of a puncher you are by the effect you have on opponents when you hit them....

That's the only way to really know (unless you have a trainer ofcourse) I suppose in everyone's own mind they hit hard....

If you punch him on the chin and knock him out then you hit hard, if not youll get knocked out.

Lol. . . He's lying to you. . . If you hit "very ****ing hard", he wouldn't remember it to tell you how hard you hit. . .

Lol nah im just taking the ****. . .

I guess it's kind of hard to feel how concussive your own power is. . . Maybe you've got strong forearms, wrists, and fists, so it doesn't really effect your hands. . .

But you should see the result on the heavybag. . . 200 pound heavybag, and if you've got power, then you'll get that bad boy just a SWINGING after a few hooks.

No, you are the typical delusional dick. It happens sometimes in life you just suck. Now get back to throwing punches in the mirror kid.

I have pretty decent power for my weight (140 - 147) but you cant really tell even when your holding the mitts how hard you actually hit. keep in mind when someone is holding the mitts that they are throwing their hand down to meet yours to create resistance getting you in the habit of sitting down on your punches.

Focus more on punching correctly and aiming for the right places before focusing on how hard you hit, you learn to punch right first and then the power will come along with it, if you hurt your opponent its all good but if your waiting to land that big punch then chances are your going to lose on points

When you successfully unhinge somebody's jaw then and only then can you claim you hit hard.
