The Punisher was badass enough to beat up Margacheato when he still had loaded gloves and to beat a naturally bigger Martinez. Paul Williams, during his brief peak, was no ****ing joke and a step above Tim. I would give him a good shot against Pac, but I wouldn't make him a favorite by any means. Pac has gone thru murderer's row in the last few years and we've only really seen him extended by JMM and EM. As good as Williams was, he's not on a level with the three Mexicans in their prime p4p.
