I just feel that Martinez is a hypocrite by calling Chavez a coward for not fighting him, when he refuses to even ENTERTAIN the idea of fighting more talented MW boxers than Chavez. . . Sergio has cited similar reasons for not fighting Pirog, as Chavez gives for not yet fighting Sergio. . . I'm guessing he'd (sergio) would use hte same reasons for not wanting to fight Golovkin, if he would even mention his name. . .

It's sad, but that's just how boxing works nowadays. . . And the more fans justify guys like Sergio fighting Darren Barker, or Chavez fighting Manfredo. . Or Floyd for making "smart business decisions", it will only get worse. . .

Of course boxers should made smart business decisions, and look out for themselves financially. . But sometimes if the "risk" is a little higher due to a better calibre of opponent, and you are still going to get paid the same, or basically the same, then you need to take that risk. . . Sergio should have taken the risk of fighting Pirog/Golovkin/Quillen, and Chavez should have taken the risk by fighting Sergio. . .
