Lets not forget the beating Lee was starting to take during that round and the round prior. Ref saved Lee from an extremely painful remaining few rounds.

 

Yeah. . The stoppage was legit on it's own anyway. . Lee got caught cold while open, trying to counter with a hook, and he was out on his feet. .

BUt Lee just doesn't have the discipline, or the stamina. . . He literally stopped using the jab less, and less with each passing round, and his punches became weaker, and weaker. . .

Chavez is just a ****ing TANK. . . Somehow he can crunch that frame down to 160, and then rehydrate stronger than a damn bull. . .

This was a good win - has nothing to do with Lee being a bum, cause he's not. . Chavez is truly turning into a worthy champion.

 

Bad stoppage? WTF are you talking about, or trolling about? Lee was going to be killed, he was in LA-LA ****ing land, not Klitland. Jesus Christ!

By the third round Lee had already had enough of those thudding body punches, was worried about them and hurting, his jab was slow and non effective, and his elbows were coming down because he felt like he was getting hit by Frazier in the gut.

Chavez is one of the best body punchers in the sport right now, I'm very impressed how committed he is to it, and how hard those shots are.

I had 3 even rounds, 1 chavez rd and 2 lee rds going into the 7th

They were never gonna matter though as Chavez was always going to win by stoppage as Lee was lookng more and more tired with each passing round as JCC got to him with regularity.

 

Lee was looking more and more "spent" the previous 2 rounds and he looked to be out on his feet during the stoppage.

 

Oh dont be like that. Are you guys ever happy? Chavez crushed Lee's chin with that 1 shot. Good stoppage. But anyway,according to Klit fans,Lee won the event.
