    travelled to england to beat witter and win his first world title, unified twice vs holt & alexander, beat a most likely roided PEDerson giving him his first loss, beat a still decent former unified lightweight champ campbell. throw in wins over cherry & matthyse in between.

    certainly better than hatton's reign

    I couldn;t tell if you were asking in the last 10 years as in since 2002 or in the last decade 2000-2010

    If it;s the latter, Tsyzu fought only five years in the 2000s, still clearly the best for that decade. 8 defences (6 KOs), unified the titles, beat guys supposed to beat him proving people wrong in KO'ing undefeated Zab and Mitchell (in the rematch coming back from long injury layoff), solid wins vs Tackie, Urkal, Old Chavez, Leija, Mitchell I, Santos (Gonzalez was a few months before 2000 if you want to count that makes it even better)...quite simply no other resume compares since then at 140

    No doubt Tsyzu was a class act
