Why not? 50/50 is based on the amount of PPV buys each fighter can potentially bring in, not how much money each fighter actually makes. Floyd makes more because he cut out the middle man, that simple.. while Pac only takes part of the pie w/ the rest going to top rank.

Floyd is American, plays the villian/arse role very well, which helps bring in the casual audience
Pac has a style that's exciting and casual fan friendly, his endorsements certainly help w/ his popularity and that brings in a lot of casual PPV buys as well.

I really see no reason to hate here unless you have some personal emotional investment on how much they actually make.

to be honest, cotto is practically the 3rd draw in the sport. Im not sure its fair to count cotto's fight without counting pacquiaos fight with cotto but then again that doesnt make sence either because that fight was years ago. Still floyd as the bigger money maker, god damn no endorsements or anything the guy knows the business well.
