    So neither is willing to drop the Mexican independence day weekend this Sept 15th.

    Solutions....?

    I heard someone mentioning a bar, which seems like an ok solution. Maybe they'll be slightly staggered at the time of the bell.

    Best bet would be if Josesito Lopez gets paid by Arum to "Elbow" or "Headbutt" Ortiz causing a cut that would need until October to heal.

    Easy way to fix this problem

    Combine the two fights into co-main events

    Make a joint undercard.

    That's what I'm hoping for. I can watch the GBP undercard, then watch whichever big fight happens to start first.

    I agree with the Ortiz coming up with a minor injury senario for a three week delay. It allows GB to save face and ass all in one.
