Teddy Atlas on Mike Tyson

Teddy Atlas should never be allowed to give his opinions about Tyson on National Television. He was one of those who played a role in screwing Tyson over, along with Don King, Robin Givens, Barbara Walters, and several others.

 

No he wasn't. Jesus!

 

What a load of ****. Atlas was his trainer, he did good for Tyson yet Tyson, being a kid, harassed a girl in his family. Atlas reacted as any protective man would do. If anything, Atlas did A LOT of good stuff for Tyson compared to the one negative yet understandable thing he did.

King and Givens screwed Tyson.

 

Atlas gets way too much hate even if you disagree with him he speaks his mind

 

The sounds cuts out in the video just when it starts getting good.

Yeah that is true Tyson "didnt deal with resistance well".

Tyson was a bully. When hed hit somone and they wouldnt go down and they fought back he couldnt handle that kinda adversity.

those guys happened to be on their game, tyson wasn't at his best, or he was facing all time greats, or some combination of the three, or all three.

Its well known that Atlas really hates Tyson, anyone passing off his opinions of Tyson off ass neutral has an agenda.

 

Atlas has legitimate reasons to be bitter, but he should've never expected D'Amato to take his side. Very naive. He's also impossibly subjective because of it.

 

His issues with Tyson are personal, but they were way before King, Givens, or Walters.

 

I dont hate Mike. I just can realize that Tyson was mentally weak and would fold when faced with adversity.
