If Butterbean learned to bob and weave and pic and roll instead of rolling and eating butter rolls he'd be top 200 ATG.

Sibson was a B level fighter on the world stage. He won the Lonsdale Belt and whatever else, but could never even come close to beating an elite fighter.

There are plenty of other B level fighters or worse been mentioned on this thread.
It's well known that Sibson frequently never trained or put the sparring in for fights that he should have.
I'm not saying he could have beaten a Hagler or whoever, but he was a great natural talent with the power to go with it.
I just think he could have got closer to the Hagler's of this world.
On his game he could be devastating.

I haven't seen his name yet, so I'll go with Macho Camacho Sr. When he came up he looked like he had the talent to be a great one, but he just turned into a sideshow. Shame

    Ikeabeauchi. The psycho ****** guy.

His Tua fight showed he had some skills and should have gotten much further in the game.

    Golota. And Bowe.

Hands down biggest waste of talent was James Toney. Yes he was still great but he did it on talent alone if he would have been disciplined like hopkins or holyfield no telling what he could have accomplished.

Ike Ieb...(dont know how to spell his last name)
Francisco Bojado (came out at the same time as Cotto and supposedly was a better amateur than Cotto)
    Zab Judah
    Camacho Jr. (no heart)
Teofilo S (i know he dominated the olympics, but he could have been a part of something special during the golden era of hw boxing)

Buster Douglas wasn't that good. Toney had a spectacular career before moving up to heavyweight and had great success (no matter how many times I watch it, I still have Toney 10-2 in the first Peter fight). Sanders, definitely. How about Greg Page? He was looking like Muhammad Ali, was even from Louisville, but lost his way. He won the title in a great war with Gerrie Coetzee, and ended up tragically.

Not in boxing history... But of the last 4 years or so I'd say Alfredo Angulo.

he can still come back. why doesn't he just go back to mexico and fight there, exclusively, if he cant fight in the u.s anymore? there are a host of contenders and a few champions from the 154 to 160 weight range. those fights would sell big in mexico.
