If he moves up and cleans out 175 he'll be a lock for the HOF.

Missing out on my man Bute's 0 really hurts though regardless of what you think of the fight.

should try to see if he can get the 175 belt on the line cause technically they are under the limit and can fight for both titles

if not it sucks cause if Ward ever wanted to win he would possibly have to beat Dawson again to win the title

so you're saying beat only great fighters when they're old and fight nobodies for years with a bogus belt? the fact that ward is already taking fights with the likes of froch and dawson already makes him greater that calzaghe.

The sky's the limit. I think Dawson made a mistake fighting at a catch weight. We'll see. Ward wins this fight, he's pretty close to superstar status.

this doesn't make Ward a great, it helps him out. Hearns beat better fighters than Dawson and still didn't get this kind of legacy talk years ago. Hearns beat Cuevas for his first title and then Benitez for his second. Knocked out Duran a year after that, and still people didn't say he was the greatest ever. Yet if Hearns fought and beat those types of fighters in 2012 people would claim is the best fighter who ever lived.

I have no doubt you could turn a political debate into something about Hearns

Beating Dawson at 68 will be good for his resume and legacy but beating Dawson at 75 would have been better.

This hoe rubbed her ***** on Ward's knee. :patsch

ward can eventually have fights with Pavlik, Chavev Jr and make a good amount of cash.....then head north of 168 and take on the rest.

Ward is a Young Bernard Hopkins!
