No Barrera just hated Morales. He didn't act like that otherwise.

 

I am pretty sure he punched someone else too during a press conference.

Floyd knows who he can get do that to and who he can't hence his different "persona's" coming into fights. He knew Oscar De La Hoya and people like Ortiz would just sit there and take it. He was respectful to Cotto.
He tried it with Hatton and realised Hatton was getting the better of it and cooled it down.
