Smith said on his twitter (http://twitter.com/liambeefysmith) something which suggested that although he'd like the fight to happen, he wouldnt be risking his British license and a shot at a domestic title, identical to the reason Frankie gaving pulled out.

Seems like the BBBoC are really trying to ruin the chances of these boxers by threatening them with a hearing.
