Crap trainer or bad hours.

    dont have too many bannanas b4 bed otherwise the carbs will turn to fat

    Excellent training.
    Need to sort out when/what to eat, but the guy there was much more upbeat and more organised with the training there than the other guy.
    Good feedback from him, positive critique instead of whiny **** like the other guy.

    Go with the trainer you feel best with. I been boxing on and off for 7 years. I found the trainer im with now just a year ago and it makes a world of difference. We are preparing for Golden Gloves and he is like a father figure or as he says he's my father, brother, mother, sister, cousin etc.. it's just a matter of how you feel with him. Your trainer is the one who prepares you for competition you have to have a bond with him and trust.
