Cubans get fat and lazy once they hit American shore. There's no motivation to work as hard as they did in Cuba.

every group has there trolls man:D. Maybe Cuban Boxers need to bring some heat to gain some attention to get the big fights:think. Lara is in my top 2-3 @ 154, 160 is kinda thin so he could do interesting things there. I think Serg and JCCjr gives him a rough ride there. Lara should challenge the winner of 3G and Pirog, another couple of guys trying to build a name . . . they are at 160 so it would be a huge challenge but if he is as great as power says he is it would be a walk in the park:D

My grandma knows more about boxing than you and 85% of ESB posters put toghether , she's probably also a better trainer than Roach , Garcia , Mayweather Sr and all those so called " star trainers " , that's how deep boxing knowledge goes in the Cuban population . Peace .

Cuban fans are really ****ing annoying on this site. There's one or two decent, rational posters and the rest think every Cuban in the sport will become an ATG. Obnoxious ****s. :verysad

Neither Pacquiao, Cotto, or Mayweather would face Lara. The risk factor is far too high for very little return. Pacquiao and Mayweather will only take bouts they know where the risk factor is low, and the return is high. This is what also is destroying the sport, PPV sales. Had Lara got the win he deserved against Paul Williams, a bout against Martinez would have given him some recognition.

There is something about the 154 division. Some great fighters but most go unnoticed.
