At long last! Hopefully both will have good training camps and we will finally see who is the best lightweight in Britain.

    Come on Kev!!

Quality fight. Mitchell has his chance now, he can finally shut the **** up and get on with it.

Finally a fight worth getting excited for in Scotland

I would expect the undercard to feature:
    Stephen Simmon
    John Thain
    Callum Johnson
    Paul Appleby

Would hope for good competive fight for all of them but i know thats asking a bit much. 3 decent 50/50ish fights should be the absolute minimum on any card but we'll get 2 if were lucky on this one.

Great news and glad the fights in Glasgow. Can't see anything other than Burns winning, expect it to be a hard fought but clear decision, probably around the 116-112 region

Im glad this fight is in Glasgow, too many folk were demanding that mitchell shoukd have home advantage when we know that as burns was the champ he should get it. Anyway the foghtd signed wonder how many cockneys will make the trip up?

Totally agree. The fight should be on Burns' terms as he is the champ.
I think Kev always gets a decent following so would expect there to be a decent number going up.
Plus, the weekend on the lash in Glasgow may be too good to turn down :good
