Mad respect for RJJ (the most physically talented fighter I've ever seen), but there are few sights more pathetic than an old fighter - who's skills are gone - training.

    He's training where?

Oh ****. Maybe one of those Iron-cheened warriors over there can teach him how to take a punch.

I still can“t believe he has his hand speed. Well, most of it.
In his last fight it looked like he had lost every thing with the exception of some hand speed.

Pads don't hit back. That's Roy's problem now, he gets hit, he falls down for the count.

At least now he'll be able to walk into a gym and not have the worst chin in the place.

they parted ways before the max alexander fight.roy said he needed a change, and tried working with tom yankello and liked it. they have just started and it looks good so far. they talked about training on new stuff and learning some boxing, cause before roy for the most part just depended on his reflexes and timing, and now hes lost a bit of it because of age,so they wanted to wor on boxing like instead of using pure reflexes just use the jab to keep the opponent away instead of using to mutch movement so he doesent waist mutch energy:D go roy
