Right guys, I feel my list is pretty damn good (in a non big headed way) so be harsh if you must, give praise if you agree and tell me where you think people should go up and down, or if I'm missing someone. (was tempted to put Uchiyama at 30 but decided with Lara)

    1. Mayweather
    2. Marquez
    3. Pacquiao
    4. Martinez
    5. Donaire
    6. Ward
    7. Wladimir
    8. Gamboa
    9. Dawson
    10. Bradley
    11. Froch
    12. Vitali
    13. Moreno
    14. Hernandez
    15. Cotto
    16. Nishioka
    17. Salido
    18. Hopkins
    19. Mares
    20. Viloria
    21. Gonzalez (Roman)
    22. Khan
    23. Kessler
    24. Joyi
    25. Rigondeaux
    26. Broner
    27. Alvarez
    28 Chavez Jr
    29. Matthysse
    30. Lara

Just to explain the JMM 2 Pac 3 and Bradley 10, the logic behind it is obviously the fact that Pac has now been robbed, he has no right to be ahead of JMM and that Bradley should go down slightly after his performance which should have merited a loss.

Very nice man. Cotto would be a top 15 to me, but it's probably a better effort than I could muster :good

Well I see Cotto being a lot like Hatton. Loses to the number 1/2 p4p fighter in the world and gets put around the 10 Mark, has a few wins against sub par competition, then gets beat by the number 1/2 p4p fighter in the world, leaving him between 15-20 Mark. Had he have fought better opposition in between the pac and may fights then you could argue him to be around the top 10, but Foreman, a shot Mayorga and a one eyed margarito ain't really that impressive to me and barely even kept him in my top 10

On the whole I think your list is pretty good though. Your top 10 is pretty locked down, its always hard to rate fighters after that as some can intermingle. I thought the likes of Gamboa, Moreno and Alvarez were too high. Cotto, Viloria and Khan too low. I'll put my list up in a sec so you can pick mine apart!

I had a real dialema with the Peterson Khan ratings. I still think the whole Peterson-Khan situation is tough to rate. Personally I wanted to put Khan above him, but kept forgetting about it as I was putting my list together, Khan might go up pretty drastically. I've already explained Cotto and Alvarez is a tough one, due to all of the hype he receives. I had around 15 and thought about who he had fought and realised he needed to be moved down, I'd say around the 20 area isn't out of the question for Saul. Gambia is based mire in ability, as is Moreno, but I fee there resumes are pretty damn good in this point of time, although you
could certainly argue dropping them a few places. Vilora is quite a tough one as I've never rated Calderon that highly, obviously making Segura's win a lot less important and resulting in a less impressive impression on me when Vilora beat him. Much appreciated :D

No Kessler? He beat Froch who is 12 on the list, I am not saying that he should be ahead of Froch because Froch went on to beat other top fighters but aleast in the top 30.

Yeah, Peterson for me, as well as any other illegal substance-user, will have no place in my list until he comes back and performs strongly without testing positive for aforementioned substances, which I'm very confident he will.
Alvarez for me is premature, its a shame the credible opponents he could face seem to be dwindling by the week through no fault of his own. I guess fame does come at a cost...

:good the Boxrec p4p ratings are certainly misleading. They made me rethink his rating and I had him around 12 and then thought to myself that Boxrec can go do one and moved him down to 20,and you argue he should be lower as he really hasn't beat anyone that credible, gonna make a few adjustments right now

Khan should be above Peterson and Broner. How Broner is higher than either those is beyond me. Nearly agree with top 5 but assuming Pacquiao isn't on anything I would have my top 5 like this

    1. Mayweather
    2. Pacquiao
    3. Marquez
    4. Wladmir
    5. Donaire

:good literally edited my list as you posted, looks a lot better now in my eyes, I an see the argument for PAC over Marquez but if that happens then Bradley must be treated the same and be given full credit for the win and surely leapfrog over Bradley? Also I think Wlad deserves to be top 10 but 6 is the highest I see him at this point in time.

Who the **** has Martinez beat outside of a declining Kelly Pavlik and Paul Williams? ****'s sake, he's the most overrated ***** to ever walk the planet.

Barker, a too level Euro fighter, certainly proved he was world class. Macklin, arguably the second best middleweight in the world ( he beat Sturm in my eyes ) and that Dzirunk or Whatever the **** his name is, although he was pretty poor. His comfortable win over Chavez will show us why he deserves to be in the top 5. Any feedback on the rest of the list?
